Thank you for choosing Family Tree Maker Customer Support. We strive to provide the highest quality service and support. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a payment.

  1. Services Offered

Our services include technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance for Family Tree Maker software. These services are digital and often begin immediately upon purchase.

  1. No Refunds on Completed Services

Due to the nature of digital services, once a support session or consultation has been initiated and/or completed, all payments are non-refundable.

  1. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered if:
• The service was not delivered as promised, and no substantial support has been rendered.
• You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate payment).
• You cancel the request before our support technician begins working with you.

• Full name
• Email address used during payment
• Reason for refund request
• Payment method and transaction ID

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed within 7-10 business days if approved.

If you wish to cancel a scheduled service session, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
